Atley - 02/17/2021

Atley ate whole wheat toast and two servings of grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of pork roast, no whole wheat tortillas, ate carrots, potatoes, and fruit salad.  At the breakfast table Nora was announcing (again) to everyone "I'm gonna have 2 birthdays!" Atley and Avi were immediately wanting all the details! "What, where, why, and when!?!" Nora continued, "One of them is in Arizona." Avilene said, "My Mom and I are gonna fly to Arizona for your Birthday party!" Haha.

This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon and Cal was perched on the toy shelf in one of the sinks. Atley jumped up beside him and was pretending to cut some food toy with the "knife." I just thought it was cute with them situated side-by-side like this. 

Next picture: The girls wanted to do some coloring and asked for pictures to color. The pictures Atley and Nora chose are large and lots of details. Nora was bored with it long before it was completed and she asked Atley to work on it for her. Ha. (This frequently happens.) She sat there sucking her thumb and telling Atley which color to use. Last picture: I don't think anyone at Little Treasures (with the exception of Gary - ha) has a grin on their face more than Atley. Such a fun-loving kid. I truly love that about her.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Then Atley was showing Nora her "bruised" elbow.  (I could see nothing that even resembled a bruise!)  Atley said, "I got an owie on here!!"  Nora said, "OW!"  Haha!  Which suited Atley perfectly; that's what she wanted to hear!! Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request.
