Atley - 01/18/2021

Atley ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, two servings of whole wheat pita bread ("Can I have it toasted and buttered?" - for second serving - ha), no avocado, ate olives, and fruit cocktail.  

First picture:  Atley waved bye to Mom at the window and immediately went to look through the Art Supplies.  She found some had been replenished and some new ones added.  She got excited and worked hard at Art for much of the morning.  This piece is a drawing of a "fire truck" she said.  Do you like Fire Trucks?  "Yes." Why?  "Because they have a siren."  :)  On the right side of her paper (from our perspective) is a long-legged fireman.  :)

Next picture:  These three girls (Avi goes to Gymnastics Camp on Mondays) were working on art; drawing, coloring and doing stickers this mooning.  This little story is not about Atley, but she was at the table listening to all of it.  Svea had a marker that Nora wanted (even though there is a container there with over 40 markers - ha) and Nora told her to "Color fast!"  So Svea did just what Nora asked and very soon passed the marker on to Nora.  Nora said, "Why did you color so fast!?!"  Svea didn't answer.  Nora said, "We don't color fast!!"  Don't worry Svea; I'm confused too.  Haha.  

Last picture:  We did a few other things beside work at the art table, but that really did take a majority of their morning.  We had Story Time and Atley did a couple of Preschool activities while Nora and Svea played with the Dolls.
