Atley - 10/28/2020

Atley had two servings of French toast and ate strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a bite of Whole 30 Chili with meat, sweet potatoes, tomatoes, peppers, tomato sauce, and lots of spices.  She ate half of her whole wheat dinner roll and ate tropical fruit.  

I took this first picture before breakfast.  These girls have been doing so much free drawing with markers and colored pencils!!  I know I've mentioned this a lot and I post pictures of it continually, but I love it and I think it's so beneficial for them in many ways.  So here's a bonus for you all in this picture:  Zoom in on the digital frame and you can see a "selfie" Nora did probably 1 - 2 years ago.  A great shot of her nostrils!!!  Haha.  Second picture:  Here's a sample of one of Atley's pieces from today.  "Hey Gary, this is an alien."  She and Avi both did drawings of aliens.  

Next picture:  Avi and Atley were loving it because they had on the same socks this morning.  It was unique for them and they kept talking about it, so we took a picture.  Last picture:  Nora and Atley appear to be looking at the same thing; and I have no idea what it was.  I was just as oblivious as Svea in the picture.  Haha.  I didn't even notice how they're both looking until I was doing these Blogs.  Haha.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Then Atley was showing Nora her "bruised" elbow.  (I could see nothing that even resembled a bruise!)  Atley said, "I got an owie on here!!"  Nora said, "OW!"  Haha!  Which suited Atley perfectly; that's what she wanted to hear!! Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
