Atley - 9/22/2020
Atley ate two servings of raisin cinnamon English muffin and ate dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she ate chicken stir fry, brown rice, and two servings of mandarin oranges.
This story doesn't involve your child, but I thought you might like it. Or maybe not. Haha. Ok, I'm gonna tell a poop story. If that grosses you out, then you better skip to the next paragraph! I was in the kitchen at the sink and the big girls, primarily Avi and Atley, were yelling that there was "poop on the floor!!" I went running out and sure enough Callahan had a few little piles of poop in a small area; maybe two feet in diameter. (Avi had picked up some poop on her socks!) Ok, this is not the first time for that and I did the smartest thing I could think of; yell for help!! "HEY LAURALEA!!" I'll bet she's glad she's working from home! LOL!! I seriously owe her a big bonus!! Again. I put Cal in the sink in the entry room (again) and Lauralea worked on the floor. But here's the kicker to the story: Right in the middle of all this Svea says, "Gary, I'm poopy." And she was, but it was dripping down to the floor too!! Probably six spots!! What the Heck!! That's a first; I've never had two kids squirting on the floor at the same time!! Svea had her legs spread and was leaning against the end of the couch and she didn't move. You listened so well Svea and you waited patiently for several minutes. Good work Svea!!
Nora said, "Hey Gary! I went to Currents with Atley yesterday." Atley said, "Nooooo!! Yesterday was a Gary day!!" Haha. That's a good way to keep track of the days Atley!!
In this first picture Nora was just sitting there while Atley was searching in the container. I was curious about Nora's role in this activity. :) Atley finally found one she was searching for and handed it to Nora and Nora put it in the correct section. Nora was content to sit and wait.
Next picture: Atley said, "Hey Gary! Look what I made!!" Awesome! That's a nice "four-wheeler" Atley. Last picture: Avi and Atley worked hard at doing some Art activity using markers, tape, and stickers.
