Atley - 9/21/2020

Atley ate cheerios and banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, two servings of biscuits, ate olives, avocado, and ate her mandarin oranges.   

This first picture is left over from Friday afternoon.  It always makes me laugh when the youngest, or one of the youngest is pulling the big kids in the wagon or giving them rides in the chair.  And Cal was working hard and doing a good job.  Take a guess what Atley was saying to Callahan; "Faster Callahan, faster."  Haha.  Look at Atley's face; she's getting a big kick out of something!!  :)

Nora wanted to look at videos on Christina's phone again like they did on Friday.  She was a bit shy to ask so she told Atley her idea.  Atley (talking to Christina) said, "Nora told me to ask if we could watch videos."  Haha.  NOTHING shy about Atley.  That made me laugh.  But I made an Executive decision; "we don't need to look at videos when I have so many activities, toys, books, puzzles and whatever."

Here are some pictures from Atley's morning;  First picture;  Atley and Nora are taking a nap.  (Nora is in the upper left of the picture.)  Middle picture: The kids playing with the car ramps again.  This was a popular activity this morning.  Last picture: Doing some jumping off the igloo.  (Even though she's not in the picture Nora was jumping with her.)

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Then Atley was showing Nora her "bruised" elbow.  (I could see nothing that even resembled a bruise!)  Atley said, "I got an owie on here!!"  Nora said, "OW!"  Haha!  Which suited Atley perfectly; that's what she wanted to hear!! Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
