Atley - 8/27/2020

Atley had two servings of blueberry bagel and two servings of peaches for breakfast.  For lunch she ate  hamburger and sausage pizza with meat, pineapple, peppers, olives, and tomato sauce.  She ate two servings of whole wheat pizza crust (which we serve separate) and ate pineapple on the side.  During Lunch Avilene asked, "How do you know these peppers (in the pizza) are good to eat?"  This was the only answer I could think of:  "Well they were in Costco's food section so I just made an assumption.  And I guess there is a certain amount of faith involved too."  Haha. 

This morning Atley said, "Hey Gary!  Miles can say all of our names!!"  Oh really, are you sure?  "Yes." Well thanks for the update; I wasn't aware of that.  As a matter of fact I've never heard him say anyone's name!!  :)  Here's another random Atley announcement:  "Palm Springs is really hot!"  LOL!!  I did hear something about "tennis" so I'm sure that had something to do with it!!  I know what Momma Megan likes!!  :) 

This first picture is from yesterday.  Atley said, "Hey Gary! Look at me!"  And this is what I saw.  Silly Atley.  Cute Atley too!  Fun Atley too!  Thanks for being so much fun Atley.  

Next picture: Atley and Avi were doing some art work - drawing and putting stickers on their papers.  Following picture;  This was a funny sequence here.  Atley was in the chair and the other three girls were pushing it around and around as fast as they could go!!  Callahan was frequently in the road and about to get trampled so Avilene said it was time to put him in the chair.  Which was fine with Cal!!  Avi is giving him a boost up into the chair.  :)

Last picture;  Avi, Atley, and Nora played with the parachute most of the outside time this morning.  (Avi and Nora are under there!!)  The Nelson family may be happy to hear I ordered my own parachute today!!  Haha.  I have a small one, but this one is twice as big and the kids LOVE it.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request.
