Atley - 8/10/2020

Atley ate bran cereal and raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken, ate pita bread, no avocado, bite of cucumber, and ate pears.   Everyone was laughing at breakfast because Miles was in his highchair and watching the pictures on the digital frame and he started waving at them.  Haha.  It was very cute.  

It was so nice to have Nora and Miles back today!!  Nora was SO happy and it was adorable to watch.  Atley arrived at breakfast time after going to the dentist and when Nora spotted Atley she got even more excited. And the excitement level was high all morning; which resulted in loud and raucous play!  Everyone was talking and I don't think many (or any) were listening to each other.  Haha.  First picture: So as soon as they were done eating breakfast Atley and Nora headed to the Doll House.  


We went outside and here are some pictures from that time.  Atley was ordering some ice cream from the ice cream shop.  And Nora was taking everyone's orders.  Following picture; We moved the blocks of wood (these are the ones we use for our "nailing" activities) over on the dirt.  Then we're gonna look under the blocks in a week or two weeks and see how many bugs have moved in there.  Last picture; Atley providing the muscle for a wagon ride.  Thank you Atley.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. Atley - 08/25/2021

Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
