Atley - 7/29/2020

Atley ate two servings of whole wheat toast and ate grapes for breakfast.  Moments before breakfast she said, "Gary, I eat at home so I don't want breakfast."  "What!?! No toast or grapes?!?"  She said, "Actually that does sound good."  Haha.  For lunch she ate a couple bites of pork roast, ate bread, most of carrots, and ate her mixed fruit. 

This first picture is left over from yesterday afternoon and Atley was the only one here for snack; and she was taking a few liberties with hat and sunglasses at the snack table.  Haha.  I think this is a super cute picture! Next picture; Atley is the only one here for the rest of the week; Wednesday - Friday.  She was playing with the sea creatures and several frogs.  She said, "They are getting married." :)  Atley and I were at Cabela's this morning and we found another bag of sea creatures exactly (except some different colors) like these so now we have a large selection of them!  By the way, while she was lining up the creatures she had Alexa playing Christmas music again!  :)

Next picture; So just in case you wanted proof we actually went to Cabelas here it is!!  Haha.  We also went to Ace Hardware Repair shop to pick up a part for my weed eater.  From there we went to a little park (Honeysuckle) near here.  And more pictures.  Climbing at the park and riding on a merry-go-round. Last picture:  This was the highlight of Atley's morning!!  At the park she noticed one of the park neighbors had a few chickens in their yard.  And some water.  And a little monster truck upside-down in the water.  Haha.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
