Atley - 6/29/2020
Atley ate half of whole grain Chex cereal and ate two servings of pears for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat hamburger bun, tomatoes, ate avocado, and two servings of mandarin oranges.
Today is Toy exchange Monday and it was a very busy morning!! The energy level was high all morning; which always adds to the volume as well. And actually that's a great sound here, because I know everyone is busy, happy, and engaged in activities.
First picture; The book they are looking at is "Toy Story," but they are looking at lots of other books on the back as well and talking about which ones are movies. "I have that movie!" "I have that movie!" "I have that movie!" Here are some of the books they are looking at; "Nemo," "Lion King," "Aladdin," "Peter Pan," "101 Dalmatians," (or as Avi called it; "301 Dalmatians") and "Jungle Book." Last picture: They LOVE the tiny minuscule little legos pieces!! They are so small and the kids love em!
Atley and Nora spotted the Tablets that are out in this Toy Exchange and boy did they get excited. Again, I'll remind you I only let them use them for around 20 minutes per day and I use a timer. They groan when the timer goes off, but they don't complain about the rule. I always tell them (remind them) before they start and they do well with it. This particular game is Montana PBS for Kids.
