Atley - 6/15/2020

Atley ate some kix cereal and mixed fruit for breakfast.  For lunch she ate two servings of turkey burger, ate whole wheat hamburger bun, bite of avocado, bite of tomato, and ate cherries.

Hey, while I'm thinking about it I want to pass on this information.  Sometime close to the end of June, Blogger.com is launching a "new interface" what-cha-ma-call-it!  The information says it will be the default for all users.  So if you see a blip for a day or two, or you don't see the Blog, don't worry, I'll get it worked out!! !!

First picture: Here's what happened Before the doll-house play!!  Nora had a bus full of people and she said she was bringing her "animals to the dance class."  Then she asked Atley to participate.  Atley said, "I'm too tired for dance lessons."  Haha.  (Atley then went to the mattress and started jumping.)  But Nora forgave her!  :)

Next picture: Toy exchange Monday and Atley was reading one of the new books.  Following picture: I laminated some mazes so they could use the dry-erase markers and then erase them for someone else to work on.

Callahan is back after an absence of 3 months.  It's so nice to have him back and everyone was happy to see him.  (Atley probably paid the least amount of attention to him.  And absolutely nothing wrong with that; I'm just making an observation.  She was happy and said "hi" to him, but she was into doing her own thing.)  Last picture: Everyone was on the airplane and they were trying to coax Callahan to come get on the airplane with them.  "Come on Callahan, come on Callahan. We're leaving!! Come on Callahan."  Cal didn't care.  Apparently he likes being stuck in the airport!!  :)

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
