Atley - 4/7/2020
Atley ate whole wheat English muffin and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate pork roast, two servings of whole wheat toast, ate beets, and applesauce.
We went on a virtual field trip this morning and looked at web cams of different birds around the United States. That site has the osprey here in the Missoula valley. (The nest was empty this morning.) I noticed a web cam for a "Red-tailed Hawk." I said, "Let's see if there is a hawk around." Atley assumed that was the name of the bird; "hawk-around." She said, "I want to see the hawk-around." Haha. That hit my funny bone.
Here are pictures from Atley's morning. We stayed busy and the kids were doing some play dough even before breakfast. In the second picture we laid the alphabet pieces out on the floor and then I gave them cards with letters on one side and pictures on the other side and they had to locate the letters. Avi and Atley both enjoyed this activity a lot.
This next picture is Atley working on a matching/counting activity. If she doesn't recognize the number she can turn it over and count the "cookies" on the back side. In the last picture she was doing another number matching game except this one has magnets.
