Atley - 3/18/2020
Atley ate whole wheat toast and mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate pulled pork, two servings of rice, two servings of peas, and two servings of strawberries.
One of my least favorite songs cycled through this morning - not even sure of the exact title - but I think it's "I like to move it." And it repeats that phrase over and over and over and over and over.....and now you know what I dislike about it. I was standing up to push the "skip" button and Atley said, "This is my favorite song!!" Haha!! I sat back down. But I wanted to know so I asked, "Why do you like this song?" She said, "Because I like to move it!" :)
The only ones here today are Atley, Baby Miles, and Nora. (Obviously I have space for Nora this week.) So we did a fire drill this morning. I must say the fire drills are more simple and easy with only 3 kids. Haha. And it counts for one of the 10 annual fire drills I'm required to do. Yesterday it was also the same 3 kids here and that made it nice for Lauralea to cover for me. My annual wellness exam was awesome - thanks for asking - ha.
This first picture is left over from Monday afternoon when Nora, Avi, and Atley were searching for flies (and counting them) on the walls of the garage. :) Following picture; Nora and Atley had fun playing this morning. This is obviously at the Doll House again. I rarely see Atley play here except for when Nora is here. Thank you Atley.
Last picture; Nora "taught" Atley to put her chin on Miles' back and make him laugh. Nora does it to his chest and tummy too. Nora didn't really "teach" Atley this; Atley just observed Nora doing it and that's all it takes.
