Atley - 2/26/2020

Atley ate most of French toast and most of strawberries for breakfast.  For lunch she ate Paleo Stew with meat, cauliflower, broccoli, carrots, sweet potatoes, and green beans.  She ate two servings of saltines and three servings of tropical fruit.

First picture: Look how sweet Miles is grinning at Atley.  Love!  Atley said, "Miles likes it when I sing to him."  Probably, but honestly I've never heard her sing to him.  Haha!  So I don't think it's happened too many times.

This next picture is pretty cute.  Atley is really the only kid that talks about Callahan walking.  Here she is watching his progress.  I like the contrast with Linnea to the left.  Linnea was WAY more interested in her bandaid than anything else happening in the room.  Haha!  Atley had (again) yelled out the news;  "Cal is walking!! Cal is walking!!"

Last two pictures; Atley and Avi were playing on the couch and realized it was making their hair crazy with static electricity.  So I told them how to make it "really" work.  (You're welcome!)  I love the last picture. They would jump up and sprint to the mirror to admire themselves.  :).

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley - 08/25/2021

Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
