Atley - 11/5/2019

Atley ate toasted and buttered whole wheat English muffin and ate dried plums for breakfast.  For lunch she ate chicken with stir fry vegetables, brown rice, and ate mandarin oranges.

I took this first picture when it was just these three kids here.  Atley went and got a drink and of course Linnea wanted one too.  :)  So she got Linnea's bottle for her.  Callahan was heading their way and they gave him some warning yells and signals!  They were saying, "Get back Callahan, get back."  Haha.  They're keeping a close eye on him!!

I took this next picture shortly after Miles came.  He now knows what it's like to be a "zoo animal" as everyone is peering at him.  And he's behind the fence for his own protection!!  Haha!!  Atley is laying on the couch peering over the edge.

Next picture; Atley asked Avi if she'd help her with the puzzle.  So Avi said ok, and this is how it went;  You do the puzzle Avi while I play with this other activity!!  Haha.  It is a challenging puzzle and it helps them learn and recognize the alphabet letters.  Last picture; Then they were playing with the doll house and accessories and Atley added a "cow hat" to her attire.  Haha!  She makes me laugh!

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Then Atley was showing Nora her "bruised" elbow.  (I could see nothing that even resembled a bruise!)  Atley said, "I got an owie on here!!"  Nora said, "OW!"  Haha!  Which suited Atley perfectly; that's what she wanted to hear!! Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
