Atley - 11/14/2019
Atley ate two servings of waffle and two servings of fruit salad for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of Shepard's Pie with meat, green beans, carrots, and potatoes. She ate whole wheat tortillas, and ate her cherries.
First picture: Yesterday afternoon Atley was closely watching me twirl a tractor around and around with the wheels. So I told her she could try it using two hands (I was using one hand) and she immediately got it. When she walked in this morning that's the FIRST thing she did. Grabbed a tractor and started twirling. Haha. Then she told Linnea (who is intently watching in the picture), "You can try it using two hands." Speaking of Linnea, Atley was examining Linnea's face and said, "You have something black in your mouth. Say AHHHHHHH!" Haha! That hit my funny bone.
These next two pictures go together. Avilene is in the igloo in the first picture. She was ordering Atley and Linnea to place the blocks in a strategic manner until the entrance hole was completely covered. Then she told them to "go count and then come find me." Haha! So they went around the corner, covered their eyes (haha - no peeking now!), counted to ten, and went to find Avilene. And there was something about the way they dismantled the blocks that wasn't quite right either. Avi was bellowing out more instructions from inside the igloo. Haha.
Last picture: Atley was working hard drawing on her piece of paper. She brought it to the gate and held it up for me to see and said, "Gary I made a bridge." Wow, nice work. That's a pretty complicated road system if you ask me. :) Looks like a map of Southern California. How did we survive before GPS!?!?
