Atley - 9/5/2019
Atley ate English muffin and oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat elbow noodles, peas, and three servings of applesauce. At the breakfast table Atley saw Lauralea come upstairs - Lauralea works from home on Thursdays - and Atley said, "Hey Lauralea, I like your jammies!!" Haha! And just in case anyone is thinking of bribery I have Lauralea's permission to put that in the Blog! Haha!
Atley and Linnea were at the window waiting for Momma Megan to appear and two crows were sitting in the road. Atley was concerned; "Don't hit the crows Mom, don't hit the crows." Ha! Then she wanted me to read the book she brought from home. Where'd you get this book? Atley logically answered, "The mailman just got it." Ha! (He's so thoughtful!!)
First picture shortly after arrival: Atley is reading to Linnea and the book is; "There's a wocket in my pocket." (Dr Seuss) She was showing Linnea a silly picture and asked me what it said; "There's a Yottle in the bottle." (The Yottle is in the bottle and blowing back out through the straw!) That made Atley laugh!
More pictures from this morning; How long is that Atley? She said, "It is 45." :) Second picture: They did some drawing - Atley drew an airplane - and then they moved on to stickers. These stickers are all shapes and they seemed to have more fun just exploring all the shapes than putting them on paper. Then I just want to include this last picture in case anyone wondered if the kids were still playing on the airplane when we go outside. Callahan is moving into the danger zone!! I took the picture and moved the baby!!
