Atley - 7/25/2019

Atley ate waffle and a couple bites of fruit salad for breakfast.  For lunch she ate shepherd's pie with meat, potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, and carrots.  She ate whole wheat tortillas, and cherries.

First picture: Svea was doing one of her favorite activities; strolling around the room blind!!  I was giggling about this and of course Atley wanted to impress me too!  So she put a doll blanket over her head, but she never moved.  She just stood in one place hanging on to the changing table!  Haha!  It doesn't feel real safe does it Atley!?!

Avi asked me, "Can we do some gluing?"  Sure and I got her some paper.  She said "we," but neither Atley or Nora wanted to glue.  Avi said, "Atley, do you want to do some gluing?"  Atley said, "No, I want to read books."  (Repeat two or three times.)  Finally Avi disgustedly said, "Ok Fine!! Read some books!!!"

Last picture: Atley experimenting with the magnetic tray again.  She really likes that and I like how engaged she gets with that toy.  If you look close you'll see there is not much surface touching between the green ball and the red ball.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley - 08/25/2021

Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
