Atley - 6/14/2019

Atley ate most of oatmeal and two servings of dried cranberries for breakfast.  For lunch she ate half of tilapia, ate a large serving of whole wheat elbow noodles covered with lots of applesauce, and ate green beans.  Once again the lunch time conversation was all about halloween! Finally Avi said, "I just don't know how we're gonna get back home!!"  I try not to say anything during these conversations, but I was too curious!!  "Back home from where!?!"  Avi said, "From trick-or-treating!"  Haha!  I guess she thinks they'll just get dropped off!  (Bye Kids! Have fun! We'll see you at home!!)  Atley said, "I know how to get back home!"  Nora said, "I know how to get back home!"  Avi said, "I don't!"  :)

We were having Story Time and reading on the couch.  Nora kind of leaned against Atley and Atley said, "You can lay on me."  That was a very sweet offer Atley.  Then later Nora made the same offer to Atley, "You can lay on me."  Ha!  (That would have lasted for maybe three or four seconds!!)

This first picture is kind of silly, but hey!  It's all I've got for you!!  Ha!!  Atley was the first one here as Linnea is in Helena with Grandparents.  Atley was thrilled that the neighbors had their sprinkler turned on this morning!!  Remember how she was obsessed with sprinklers!?!  (I'm fairly certain it was Atley - I have taken care of a few kids you know!!)  She still loves sprinklers!  When Lauralea came upstairs; "Lauralea, there is a sprinkler!!"  When Callahan's Momma brought him; "There's a sprinkler!!"  haha!!

Next picture: This is one of the preschool activities that Atley did this morning.  She also picked up lots of beads that Nora and Avi were dropping.  Thank you for helping Atley.  Last picture: When you  jump off the igloo sometimes you have to admire yourself in the mirror!!  :)  With your tongue hanging out!!

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
