Atley - 5/31/2019

Atley ate oatmeal and most of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch she ate several bites of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, tomatoes, and green beans.  She ate whole wheat dinner roll and her apricots.  The three table girls were having another "discussion" about signal lights at lunch time.  The big dilemma: Which light means "go backwards?"  "Pink or Blue!?!"  :)  The thing about 3 year olds arguing is they'll frequently switch their positions in the middle of it all!!

First picture: This is from outside yesterday afternoon.  Atley said she was a "police officer."  She told Nora, "I'm gonna pull you over!"  That made me laugh because she knew the terminology!!  So I decided it was from riding with her Papa!!  :)

Next two pictures: After waving at Momma Megan Atley and Linnea were being silly at the window!  It was pretty funny and I love how Atley can make everyone laugh!  She was making me laugh this morning too!!  I was doing something on the couch and she was sticking her face super close to my face with this goofy fake grin.  It looked funny and I laughed and that was all it took!! She did it OVER and OVER and OVER!!!  We were laughing so hard.  She is seriously a very fun kid!!  :)
 

Last picture: Svea and Atley watching Nora feed Callahan.  In the middle of feeding Cal his bottle Avilene yelled from the bathroom that she needed help wiping.  So I asked Nora if she would take over for a couple minutes until I got back.  I took this picture on my return and this is what it looked like.  Well done Nora and thank you!!

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request.
