Atley - 4/16/2019
Atley ate two servings of whole wheat English muffin and ate dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of chicken with stir fry vegetables, bites of brown rice and one bite of oranges.
When she was through waving at Momma Megan this morning she pointed out the window at the rain spout and asked, "What's that right there?" I said, "it's the rain spout." Atley asked, "Where's the spider? That's for the spider." Ha! Love it. (Just in case someone doesn't know; "The itsy bitsy spider climbed up the water spout....")
This first picture is from yesterday afternoon. I placed some wood blocks I cut for the kids to practice hammering nails! (Things just got serious at Preschool!! Ha! This is in a spot behind a gate so the littlest people can't get in there.) Atley totally nailed it!! (I know, I'm hilarious!!) She pounded down at least 9 nails! Great job Atley. Obviously the wood is fairly soft, thank goodness, but that was great! How's that for hand-eye coordination practice!!
Next picture: Atley has been enjoy running the cars down the ramps. By the time I got the camera ready this morning she had switched to using two "milk" cups. Ha! Well sometimes you race cars, sometimes you race cups of milk. :)
Last picture: Atley was looking at the picture on the wall and said, "It's you Gary!!" Yes it is and so I quizzed her about 3 other people in the picture that she knows as well. (However, it was probably 3 years ago.) Who's that? She got "Reid, Cooper, and Riley." Except it was Kenzie, not Riley! Believe me it's hard to tell the difference in some of those pictures!! They could be twins!!
