Atley - 3/8/2019

Atley ate oatmeal and two servings of baked cinnamon apples for breakfast.  For lunch she ate a bite or two of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, tomatoes, and potatoes.  She also ate whole wheat dinner roll and apricots.

First picture - lots of mattress play, running, jumping, giggling, and giving Svea loves.  Linnea is home with Grandparents today and Avi didn't come until lunch time.  When Avi arrived Atley said, "I'm happy that Avi's here!"  Atley and Nora wanted some water in the middle of the morning and when they were done Atley said, "We were thirsty for water in our tummies Nora!!"  :)  Nora was in full agreement!

Second picture; More play on the mattress, but this time they said they were "taking a nap!"  You wouldn't believe how long it took for me to get a picture of both of them laying on the mattress at the same time!!  Geez!!  One would finally get situated and then the other would get up to go get something or rearrange!!

Last two pictures: Nora and Atley reading books at the table and at the moment I took the picutre they were singing, "Over the river and through the woods to Grandma's house we go..."  It's nice when they sing the SAME song!!  Ha!  Last picture: They're working hard at doing some gluing.  I put glue on their papers and they get to add whatever they want.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Then Atley was showing Nora her "bruised" elbow.  (I could see nothing that even resembled a bruise!)  Atley said, "I got an owie on here!!"  Nora said, "OW!"  Haha!  Which suited Atley perfectly; that's what she wanted to hear!! Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request.
