Atley - 3/14/2019
Atley ate toasted whole wheat English muffin and a bite of oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, two servings of whole wheat elbow noodles, ate peas, and two servings of applesauce.
At Story Time this morning Avi wanted me to read one of the little books and it happened to be one Svea was looking at and then "chewing" on. I'd seen her doing that, but I didn't realize it was the same book UNTIL I opened the last page and drool ran down the page and out of the book! Haha! And it happened to drip on Atley when I swung it sideways! (It surprised me and I wasn't expecting that!) Atley said, "That was yucky! Mommy have to wash my pants!!" :) No kidding, that was pretty gross and yucky! And it wasn't a little trail of drool either!! (I guess that's graphic enough.)
The first two pictures are left over from yesterday afternoon. Nora and Atley were doing legos building together and were showing me their work. Then in the 2nd picture: I always get a kick out of it when the "older" ones get the "younger" ones to do all the work! Nora and Linnea were working hard to spin the chair going around and around. Avi and Atley were chanting; "Red light, Green light" when they wanted Linnea and Nora to "go" and "stop." Linnea and Nora didn't have a clue, but did know "Stop" and "Go" when Atley changed it to that. Ha! "Red Light" and "Green Light" is very fresh in Atley's brain from "ski school!"
This morning it was just Linnea and Atley here until breakfast time. (Nora is in Arizona for a four day weekend.) They were at the window laughing and being silly together. I wasn't sure what they were watching or doing. "What are you guys doing?" They were watching birds and Atley said, "We be silly at them." It was very cute. If you're gonna hang out with Atley, she'll figure out a way to make you laugh and she LOVES making the other kids laugh!! Last picture; Atley and Avi were working on doing some building together. I don't know what was going on, but Avi said, "You need to NOT be crazy!" Ha!
