Atley - 12/18/2018

Atley ate waffle and a few grapes for breakfast.  For lunch she ate half of her chicken, no whole wheat tortillas, half of corn, and half of baked cinnamon apples.  We ate lunch early, but she was still eating when Daddy arrived.  I want to wish all of Atley's family a very Merry Christmas and have a wonderful time together.  See you when you get back to Missoula.  Alley's Blog will resume on December 27th.

Atley said something very cute and smart when Daddy picked her up.  Here's what I told her earlier in the morning; "Remember!  You need to keep flapping your arms when you're flying!"  So when Daddy arrived I asked Atley; "Do you remember what I told you to do on the airplane?"  She said, "I am not a bird."  LOL!!  Great answer Atley!!  Love you!

Here are some pictures from Atley's morning: The airplane was the first thing she played with this morning and she played with it several times yesterday too.  I asked her if she was going to fly planes like Daddy.  She said, "No, I'm a little girl."  Haha!  Well I really wasn't suggesting you start lessons this week!!  :)

Atley did several different Preschool activities this morning.  When Avi saw Atley with the "fishing game" she said, "I'll teach you Atley!"  Atley said, "NO! I teach you!!"  Haha!  That made me laugh! And of course it continued with each of them saying it two or three more times.  So we had a little lesson on how to resolve a "standoff."  Last picture; Atley did a great job with this activity and followed the different patterns nicely.

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
