Atley - 10/18/2018
Atley ate most of toasted whole wheat english muffin and a bite of oranges for breakfast. For lunch she ate ground beef, a large serving of whole wheat elbow noodles covered with a large serving of applesauce, and she had several bites of peas.
Every morning this week Atley has gone to the window and talks about the "frost" on the ground. And she has said the same thing every morning: "Do you have frosty on your grass?" So each morning I start singing "Frosty the Snowman" and she says, "Noooooo!"
She had her nose wiped LOTS of times this morning. One of the times I said, "Atley! You actually blew hard that time!" Atley said, "Avi! I actually blew that time!!" Haha!
First picture: Nora has been in Vermont with Mommy and Daddy this week seeing the beautiful fall colors, visiting farms, teddy bear factory, orchards and having fun. I showed the kids this picture on Tuesday and told them Nora was eating a "cider doughnut." Yesterday afternoon Avi wanted to see the picture again and she asked; "Can I see Nora eat spider doughnut?" Atley immediately said, "I wanna see Nora eat spider doughnut too!!" Me too!! LOL!! I roared!
Here are two pictures from this morning activities. I don't know what book Atley was looking at, but she was loudly singing "Over the river and through the woods...." At least Avi wasn't plugging her ears!! :) Last picture: It's just the two big girls today so I tried letting them do some big ink pads with the big stamps on a big paper. (Using a very limited amount of the colors and stamps.) There is a process and directions to follow and it was kind of a challenge, but it was a good start.
