Atley - 9/4/2018
Atley ate bite of toasted whole wheat english muffin and two servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of pork chop, most of whole wheat bread, no roasted vegetables (beets and sweet potatoes), and ate her applesauce.
Momma Megan let Atley sleep in a little bit this morning and Atley was telling everyone (several times) "I be running late. I be running late." "I be a little bit late. I be a little bit late." That's the first thing she said to Ryan ( Nora's Daddy) and he got a big laugh out of that!
In a daycare setting it's always comical when an infant starts walking because the other kids see it, but they don't really see it. Days or sometimes weeks go by before they actually realize the baby is now walking. I've seen this over and over! Well today was the big day! Avi said, "She's walking Gary! She's walking!! She's standing up!!" Hahah! So Atley, Avi, and Nora were lined up watching Linnea walk! Too cute!! It's now Official!! Linnea's walking!
We did a toy, book, and puzzle exchange this weekend and the kids were very busy. Here are some pictures from Atley's morning. I was sitting beside her and started reading a book she was holding. She looked at me and grinned, "Can I read it myself?" Haha! Of course. That was cute. Following two pictures; Atley and Avi were doing some art and another activity. They already understand how we're separating the daycare setup. They asked, "Can we do preschool stuff?" Yes you can.
Avi, Nora, and Atley were playing with the masks and Atley noticed Nora's mask was upside-down. (You can't really tell in the picture, but you get the idea!) "Upside down Nor Nor, upside-down!!" Which I found very funny because Atley's mask was inside-out! At least she's consistent! I don't remember her ever not having it inside-out! Haha!
