Atley - 8/27/2018
Atley ate cheerios and banana for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of ground beef, ate whole wheat pita bread, ate olives, no tomatoes, no avocado, and no cantaloupe. (If you like cantaloupe those Dixon melons are yummy, but Atley wanted nothing to do with them!! Ha!)
This first picture is obviously NOT Atley, but Nora was still eating breakfast and watching Atley poke her head in and out of the igloo! They were both cracking up and enjoying each other. Too cute. Earlier, when Atley was still at the table eating breakfast Nora kept looking at her and just giggling. I think it's safe to say that Nora is pleased to have her friend back at Little Treasures!! Nora has this intense "belly laugh" that's just too cute and Atley brings that out more than anyone at Daycare!!
Continuing with the Nora theme I have to copy and paste this next section from Nora's Blog last Tuesday while you all were on vacation: Nora was talking on the phone saying, "Hello. Hello." I asked her, "who are you talking to?" She said, "Megan." I asked, "Atley's Mom?" Nora said, "No. Nor Nor's Megan." :) (I don't think Atley would have been pleased to hear that!!) Avi came over and said, "Can I talk to your Megan?" So Nora handed the phone to Avi who said, "Hi Megan." And then she gave the phone right back to Nora. Nora said, "Hi Megan." Emily informed me later that Atley's Momma Megan is the only Megan they know. :)
Here are two pictures from the morning activities. Atley was reading and singing stories and it was nice to hear that!! I missed hearing that!! In the last picture the 3 kids who are here today were doing a "goodbye" banner to Hudson. This is Hudson's last day at Little Treasures, tomorrow he'll be with Grandparents, then on to Preschool on Wednesday. I'm saving his spot for his little brother who is due to arrive in early December and then will join Little Treasures next Spring! :)
