Atley ate two servings of waffle and ate some fruit salad (picking out the berries to eat - strawberries, blueberries, blackberries) for breakfast.  For lunch she ate several bites of shepherd's pie with ground beef, potatoes and sweet potatoes, carrots, and green beans.  She ate whole grain tortillas, and ate her cherries.

This story is about Hudson and Avilene, but I think you'll like it!  Hudson told a story yesterday and re-told the story several times.  Well this morning Avilene told Lauralea about it!  "Hey Lauralea!  Maddy stepped in a puddle of buffalo poop!"  Hudson was not happy that Avi stole his story!  "Hey!" he said.  "That was MY story!!"  Haha!  We laughed so hard!  (I personally would like to see this story keep going!  It's too good to quit now!)  The part Avi did not tell was how it "wrecked Mom's purple shoes!"  Except Mom said they were polka-dot, not purple!  And probably even more-so after the errant step!  :)  Bubba failed to tell everyone that Momma was only 7 years old at the time!

Here are some pictures from this morning's activities.  Atley was feeding the doll her bottle.  Quick! Grab the camera!  This is kind of a rare moment!  Hahaha!  Just kidding; but Atley really doesn't play with the dolls like this very often!  So it was fun to get a picture!!  The next picture is an "action" shot!  Now this is more like the Atley that we know and love!!  She's on the move!  :)  Atley, Hudson, and Avi were doing some skiing with the blocks.  Also this morning Atley yelled to Baby Linnea; "No Screaming, no screaming!"  Ha!  The baby had pulled herself into a standing position and she must have thought she was stuck!! So of course she was yelling!

In the last picture I just thought it was cute how these three girls were sitting side-by-side reading their books!  What you don't hear is Atley singing at top volume!  Alley's loud singing is totally normal to us all and it doesn't faze the kids!  Notice Nora has her book upside-down!  I wonder what the fox looks like to her!?  :)  Upside-down fox?  Probably not; that's an adult perspective!!
