Atley ate a large serving of brown rice and ate her raisins for breakfast.  For lunch she ate bites of hamburger stew with meat, carrots, green beans, and tomatoes.  (She picked out the things she likes; especially the carrots.)  She ate whole wheat dinner roll and ate a large serving of apricots.  At breakfast I always ask the kids "what'd you do last night?" It's one of our rituals and over the years there are some hilarious stories associated with these "disclosures."  Haha!  I always ask Atley; "Did you play with Lexi?"  "Yes."  "Did you go for a walk?"  "Yes."  "Did you chase squirrels?"  "Yes."  :)  When I asked Avilene that question she answered;  "No, I chased soccer ball."  :)

I've mentioned before that Atley and I sing a "scrubba dubba dubba..." song when we wash hands. She likes watching the bubbles that come as she washes and now at the end of the song she always yells, "BUBBLES!"  She was eating and watching me wash my hands at meal time and as I finished she yelled, "BUBBLES!"  Cracked me up.

The kids had so much fun outside yesterday afternoon and today is another beautiful day.  We played with bubbles for the first time this spring and the kids had a blast.  In this first picture below you can see the bubble wand in Kenzie's hand and she's about ready to head back and reload some more bubbles.  :)  I let Kenzie and Riley run the bubble show!

Here are a couple pictures from this morning.  In the first one Avilene was lining up the animals and Atley joined her.  That's something that Atley enjoys doing as well.  (Guess who destroyed it all after they were done!?  Ha!)  In the last picture:  So why jump on the soft mattress when you can land on the hard floor!?!  Made my knees hurt to watch!  :)  Doesn't that hurt?!  Avi said, "No."
