Atley - 2/14/2018
Atley ate a large serving of french toast (with syrup) and no strawberries for breakfast. For lunch she tried a couple of bites of the Whole 30 sweet potato chili (haha - actually it's awesome) with hamburger, diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, peppers, sweet potatoes, and spices. (The Whole 30 food program does not include beans.) She also ate dinner roll and ate tropical fruit.
After breakfast Hudson was playing with Atley and when I walked out he said, "We're (he and Atley) discussing puzzles!" Haha! So cute. I'm sure some day someone will inform Hudson that to qualify as a discussion there needs to be more than one person talking! :)
Atley was reading a book and singing loudly like she does and started singing, "Itsy bitsy spider..." Like I've mentioned several times Atley sings on tune and it's easy to identify the songs. Avi was obviously listening because at just the right moment Avi sang out loud; "And knocked (washed) the spider out!!" Good job joining in Avilene!
I was changing Atley's diaper and Nora got some big blocks to stand on so she could reach Atley to touch her and of course they found this quite humorous and started laughing. :) This usually proves to be too disruptive to get diapers changed, but I had to at least get a picture before it all went downhill!! :)
Here are a couple more pictures from Atley's morning: She was playing with the food toys, little people, and little houses. I took this picture when she was trying to find a hole big enough to stick this food toy in! I enjoy watching them learn through "trial and error!" We did some more painting this morning; except this time we put tape down for the first letter to their name and we'll pull it up when the paint dries this afternoon.
