Atley - 12/13/2017
Atley ate two servings of whole wheat toast and ate grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate bites of pork roast, bites of whole grain tortillas, no vegetables (carrots, potatoes, sweet potatoes), and ate her mixed fruit.
Atley had a great morning with lots of activity and she started by getting a high speed ride in the swivel/rocker with Hudson - Avi was the power behind it!! :) Then Avi and Atley were working side-by-side building with the legos. Avi said, "See my tower Gary."
Like Mommy Megan and I were talking about Atley is starting to say lots of words. As soon as we were done reading Stories Atley took off toward the gate saying, "color color color color color...." Little Miss Routine knows what usually happens next! Art time. It took me a couple seconds to realize what she was saying, but that was pretty cool. Nice job Atley!
I took this next picture of them waiting at the gate with their paint shirts on! Come on Gary! We're ready! Just take the picture!! Haha! I frequently try different ways to set up art that will help it flow smoothly. With this age group the less time they have to sit and do nothing, the better. So this time I had the paper, paint, and brushes all ready to go when they went to table. (You can see Hudson is intently studying the set up!) The last picture shows the kids busy at work after they set down!
