Atley - 11/30/2017
Atley ate most of french toast and two servings of dried plums for breakfast. For lunch she ate half of the meat from pulled pork sandwich, bites of bread, bites of peas, and bites of watermelon.
Hey Megan, Hudson spotted you driving back the opposite direction after waving at the kids at the window. He said, "Hey!! There's Megan again!" :)
Sometimes Atley will clear toys off a shelf and move on to the next shelf to clear it as well! :) And that seems to be the game; just clearing shelves! Lauralea and I always called this the "dump and run" stage! However, sometimes she has a plan and this first picture is an example. She started by taking every book out of the bookrack and dumped them in a big pile. Then she made several trips to line up a dozen or so books on the window step, then set down and started reading! :)
Here are a couple more pictures from this morning's activities. Atley was taking combs to Nora for her to comb her hair. Nora started combing her hair and just looked as if to say, "No, one comb is enough." Other activities today: We read Christmas books at Story Time! Never too early to get out the Special Christmas books!! We sang songs and did some sign language as well. Atley has been showing lots of interest in sign language and tries to make various signs. This isn't about Atley, but I did the sign for the color "orange." Avi said, "Pumpkin!!" Ha! Then we did some Christmas stickers at Art time. It's never too early for Christmas stickers. Oh, I already mentioned something like that!!
