Atley - 10/26/2017

Atley ate waffle and bites of fruit salad for breakfast.  For lunch she ate "shepard's pie" with hamburger, green beans, potatoes, and carrots.  She ate whole grain tortilla and One cherry.  :)  Avi finished her cherries and pointed at the ones Atley left; "want Atley's!"  :)

This first picture is from yesterday afternoon at snack time.  Love those blueberries!  Ha!  She and Nora looked like they'd been through some kind of battle by the time snack was over.  (By the way, I've been dealing with the after effects of blueberries today with all the kids!!  ha!!  Just thought you all needed to know that!)

I guess the crying was for you Mommy when you were leaving!  As soon as you were out of sight Atley was fine and she had a normal morning.  They know how to tug on the right strings don't they!? After Nora arrived she went to the mattress to bounce at the blue balance beam.  Atley went right over to join her and they bounced like wild children for several minutes.  :)

We sang songs, read lots of books, and did some painting at Art.  I took this next picture when the kids were playing behind the block wall that is leftover from Kenzie and Riley yesterday afternoon. Alley's art piece is the one on the bottom left.  :)

Atley ate half of cheerios and half of banana for breakfast.  For lunch she ate ground beef, whole wheat pita bread, ate avocado, ate olives, no tomato, and bite of cantaloupe. Atley was very thrilled to have someone laughing at her shenanigans and she was making Nora laugh within the first minute of arrival.  (Momma Megan got to witness some of their joyful interactions in the short time she was here!)  First picture: Those two are waving at Momma Megan.  When they were waiting for Megan to drive around the corner Atley was intentionally "bonking" her forehead on the window and Nora was cracking up!!  Haha!  Welcome back Nora. Atley ate two servings of blueberry bagel and three servings of grapes for breakfast. For lunch she ate shrimp, two servings of brown rice soaked in black raspberry juice, ate broccoli, and ate black raspberries.   Apparently Atley has been having issues with Alexa lately!! Early this morning Atley said, "Alexa is still mad at me!" That made me laugh hard. Ok, it's time to reboot Alexa and that changed her attitude. :) First picture: Nora is not here today, but Atley still played at the Doll House. Well technically not AT the Doll House, but with Doll House accessories. :) In the second picture she made a "restaurant" with the legos. She has 2 little people facing each other and said they were "having a staring contest!" Haha. She made me laugh hard again! Atley ate whole wheat toast and three servings of mangoes for breakfast. For lunch she ate a large serving of ground beef with marinara sauce on top of a large serving of whole wheat spaghetti noodles - then two more large servings of spaghetti noodles, ate two servings of cauliflower, and three servings of fruit salad. Lunch conversation was primarily Avi giving Atley some tips on how to trick the parents. Haha. Here's a sample: "So ask your Dad to pick you up and he'll probably say yes." (Haha) "Then go ask your Mom to pick you up. And they'll both come to pick you up!!" And other variations on this theme.  Atley got Avi's water bottle for Avi to have a drink at Avi's request. Silence. I said, "Tell Atley thank you." Avi said, "Thank you" and Atley said, "Welcome." Avi said, "Why do you say welcome and not you're welcome?"
